I was just blowing some steam off guys, thanks for all the positive thoughts tho =) I do have a lot to be thankful for which I thank god for every day. Sucks that so many of us are going thru rough times but we can't really do more than hang in there. This damn economy sucks right now =/

Pretty affordable, yes. I should add I am RENTING that house- to purchase it would be even cheaper per month. And it's only 10 years old in a great area.

It has come to the point in my life where I feel like I'm gonna die a virgin..... And now I know WAY more about you than I ever wanted to But seriously, keep your chin up. I thought Hawaii was literally full of hot girls... at least on Hawaii 5-0 it is... Hey your doing better than me.... I'm still in love with the girl I dated from 17-21(I'm 25 now btw) that one day out of nowhere broke it off and moved down to the states and was married a week later. Some nights if I get into the whisky a but too much (like tonight) I still read her twitter feed... D'OH! Is it bad that I am still friends with her father and he texts me almost daily? Also, a mutual friend told me that he told him the other day that I am "the one that got away". D'OH! Dude, at least you dated her...I'm still in love with a girl I haven't even dated. We were somewhat friends in highschool, but I didn't ask her out. Now she's in a different state, doing what she loves, with a guy that loves her....time to move on. Also, Hawaii has hot chicks...sadly most of them are taken or shallow. I gotta find some "not as hot" normal looking chicks. Last note, only reason I'm a virgin, is because I'm catholic. Gotta get hitched soon, or I'll be a 40 y/o virgin

I live in an area called Geist, a very wealthy area, NBA players like Reggie Miller live here, the infamous Tim Durham (google him) lived here, etc. Even the waterfront mansions are probably not much more than $3,200/month. A million bucks buys you a 7-10K sq foot waterfront mansion, 300 grand buys you a house like mine, finished basement, 3,200 sq feet, half acre lot, privacy fence, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms.

True enough... one more reason I stay away from them! New gear grinder... ITS FREAKING CANADA PEOPLE! BY NOW YOU SHOULD KNOW HOW TO FREAKING DRIVE IN THE FREAKING SNOW! Its simple... if your front wheels are locked up... your not going to turn. No matter how much you crank the wheel. Same applies if you have the go pedal to the floor. Your not turning. Get used to it. Also, look at whats ahead of you. Then react to it. Don't wait until a situation occurs where you need to react right away. React when you see the situation potentially occuring. Also, yes, brake before you enter a turn, try not to brake in the turn. That doesn't mean you should come to a complete stop in the middle of the road before going around a slight bend, then riding the brakes through the turn at a speed where the needle in my speedometer is still resting on its peg. If your that scared, don't drive. /rant. It's like people who don't know how to ride jetskis or drive boats....you have to accelerate to turn. Maybe they are new drivers? It's not like it's snowing all year, so maybe it their first time.....or they're old ladies who can't drive O.o

You know what really grinds my gears, fake azz homeless people lol. Couple of days ago on my way back from work I'm stopped at this light by my house and see a small SUV turn across from me, stops, and out comes this guy holding sign and a freaking foam cub for the change. He gets off and runs across like if nobody saw him lmao.

My rent is cheap. $450/month including utilities and wifi. I got a good deal cause my roommate owns the house so she pays most of the mortgage. I'm really just renting out a bedroom. We share the rest of the house. Comparatively, if I were renting a decent two bedroom apartment, It'd be about 1100/month including utilities, so my half would be like $100 more than what I pay now. Housing is cheap here.
