This is how to enable or disable the lock tone. What you need:
Jack, Jack stands, 29 mm socket, torque wrench, 3 bottles of axle grease, and a smoke shifter.
Just kidding. All you need is your keyless entry remote and 2 fingers. Hold down the lock and unlock buttons for a few seconds. The car will beep if it was previously set to silent. If it was set to on, it may not beep but you will here it either lock or unlock to let you know you've done it. Now every time you hit lock it either will or will not beep.
