HEHE I know, with the K&N i get a little bit more pwer but it will affect MPG, more air means more fuel, more fuel means more power. I had K&N on my last car I do appreciate your input oddly enough, my mpg has gone from 18mpg to 22mpg after the filter change...or maybe my car is finally broken in :/, Hard to tell. oh wow that's good. I'm due for a tune up. if not I would try the k&n. one spark plug = one k&n filter I will get one one day today is wednesday...

In January, the V was hesitating at times, acting like a misfire, so i assumed it was finally really time for new spark plugs:) Mechanic checked for codes from V, there were none. No hesitation from V since plugs in Monday:) The plugs visibly looked fine, not dirtied up much at all. But it's their conductivity that was suspect. fwiw i use regular grade 87 octane gas, synthetic oil. Will report if any significant fuel economy change since the service. In other randomness, time to catch some ZZZZZZZZZZs

I agree now I know, I'm very familiar with extra charges on my account, but they usually credit my account and the next month is lower or they put the money back to the checking account. once the payment clears up I will call chase bank tomorrow and tell them I don't want check, I want charge back. what are the chances of the check getting lost? or me loosing the check? then Chase bank can say sorry sir, we sent you the check, you lost it or anything could happen. I looked at the automatic payment option and it doesn't say anything about the costumer has to cancel the option after the account is paid off I read chase banks rules and regulations and they actually have a fee to stop a payment, and it doen't say anything about the customer has to stop the payments. there's a fee to stop A payment, not a cancel your automatic payment. and if I want to stop a payment I have to have it in writting 14 days before is due. I paid off the loan 5 days before my next payment. there are a lot of regulations and government regulations out there so banks have to make money anyway they can and everything has to be in writting. I'm not mad or anything, they help me get the loan and I help them paying back with interest. that's business anyway enought beating the deadhorse ;D it is good to hear you're getting yours paid off. FREEDOM!!!!!!! Ya those contracts have so much fine print in them sometimes. Stop payments can be done, but they will cost you a fee. Off work today ... work the next five days though. My parents head to Cuba for a week leaving tomorrow ... only 26 days, 7 hours & 27 mins until my flight takes off for Cuba

First winter storm of 2013 has hit us ... I was supposed to work 11-8, but called to say I wouldn't be coming in. I didn't want to risk getting stuck tonight, especially since the storm isn't stopping until around 5/6pm.
Thankfully my parents left the snowblower all ready for me to use ... I already cleaned the driveway once, but am going to hold off on cleaning until it stops tonight.

As some of you guys may have already read on Facebook, my car was in a side swipe incident last night. it sucks that I need to buy a new mirror, but at least I think I know who the culprit was. Do you guys have any advice on how to approach this person? I have never really had to deal with something like this before, especially since all the evidence is white paint on my car and a picture of. My car with this white car two cars behind mine. He parked on his driveway today to Maybe hide the evidence lol.

did you file a police report? did you get his insurance information? I haven't done anything. I'm not trying to get insurance involved since it's just the mirror that really got affected. He did put some scratches on the car but most of them seem like they will come off with a good polish. I just don't want to pay for a new mirror if the other driver broke it. Once I get enough evidence that it was his car, i'll probably just walk up to his door and tell him what the deal is.

I hate to say it. But I may part with this car. I have zero money right now basically and payments don't help at all. I may just end up buying some beater for the mean time until I finish school and find a real job..

Yeah I had rinsed her on Tuesday night, and because she is parked in the garage, she didn't get any snow on her! Had to take the chance for a photo-op in the snow, lol ... back to work today!
