With my versa, the car is worth about $2k more (kbb) than what I owe, cause I got my car cheap. So I might just trade in for an Altima coupe if the redesign looks cool, or maybe an older G37. Or I might keep the versa and buy a clean 240sx. plenty options out there HEHE |

So last week a tenant at one my my rental properties went away. They decided they should turn their furnace off. Last week was by far the coldest week we have had so far this winter. When they got back on Sunday, they came home to a completely flooded house courtesy of a frozen toilet that of course cracked and poured all the water out. Initial damage estimate is $40,000-$60,000. ****. Thank god for insurance... but there goes the rest of my vacation! Yikes! INSURANCE FOR THE WIN!!! there must be a lot of damage  but at least the insurance will cover the damage  |

Yeah... ALOT of damage... pretty taking the first floor down to the studs and subfloor, mould remediation, then redoing it all. Including a thermostat that I can remotely monitor/control to prevent this from happening again. Good idea, hope everything works out. lets see what's new today...lots of rain and wind on the east coast of the US one tornado on I-75 that's the interstate I take to go to Atlanta we had warm temperatures today and 2 to 3 inches of rain and now cold air is moving in causing unstable weather conditions |

we did too. We had a lot of rain, and im pretty sure it cleaned the bird poop off my car! woo!

Sorry, but that would be financial suicide. 60 month loan on a USED car? At 5%? You would be upside down for at least the first 36 months, if not more, especially considering the poor resale value of the Versa! i only have four of thirty six payments remaining, totalling about $1300, and i'm still nearly upside down due to higher miles/lower trade value. so i drive er! |

Yes ... Of course like everyone else, I'd love a new car. But why trade in something that's paid off and still working? There are more important things in life (to me at least) then owning a new car all the time. That extra money will go towards a house and paying off my student debt. I recently cancelled my gym membership since I was paying for it and never using it. I have been running almost everyday (usually on the treadmill at home, since the weather hasn't been good). Feels great and prepping for the 5k that's coming up. |

I agree ^^^^ got back from the Gym. burned 383 calories on the cardio arms and legs machine for 30 minutes,  then I did the bicycle for another 30 minutes. tomorrow or monday I will get my work out routine...gotta start trainning for the tour de france...LOL J/K!!! =D |

Started playing basketball again, haven't played since 5th grade. I'm hurtin like an old man, and my shooting is terrible. Gotta practice more.

8-)All this talk of trading in on FB.... I wonder how many people have actually owned their Versa for a long period of time, lol.
I guess it just shows what our society today is really like. For most people, it's all about owning the newest item on the market.
