this is what I have

went to best buy looking for a double din stereo.
I want something with the MP3 plug so I can listen to my portable MP3 player

Here's what they said I need

that sounds like a lot, but I don't know what I'm doing and I'm too lazy to do it myself. this is one of the reasons why I wanted to trade my versa with a new versa that had the MP3 plug from the factory LOL

is there any where I can buy all those parts cheaper?
and what exactly is an AMP integration? they told its part of the installation. never heard of that one

do you know anything about AMP integration or anything?
not sure if this is something Nissan cars have to be done when installing an aftermarket stereo

Were you able to find the wiring adapters at best buy? Did they have to order them?
If I'm not mistaken, amp integration takes signal from the HU and sends them through the amp for your speakers. Did you have an aftermarket amp installed?

Went to a different place called american radio and they said they would or can install it for 124.00 parts and labor. just bring the radio.
they asked me if mine had the factory AMP like the SL does, and I said no.
Maybe Best Buy sales person was thinking my Versa had the SL radio that comes with the subwoofer and the alpine amp.

that's where I would probably get it done. that's the only car stereo shop best buy could not run out of business.

they have to order the kit.

Yeah, that would make sense with the amp, I kind of assumed they thought you already had one. I got my harnesses, and dash kit from a local place called Audio One
