For those of you new to modding or may not know much about small cars haha Garm (owner of Micro Image) has himself a 330+ WHP turbo yaris and does alot of his own custom work. he has recently completed a intake manifold for the yaris. I asked him if he would be interested in making one for the Versa and this is what he had to say :
"The Yaris intake manifold is going to run $695 and up (polish/powdercoat/custom options). Do we have 5 people for sure at that price range?
Are they "interested" or ready to put a $50 non-refundable deposit?"
you may think this is a steep price but when it comes to new cars or ones with low aftermarket support this is expected. I know i am willing to drop the money for this and im sure this will help bring out more potential for the versa to be a better car. so basically we need people to be willing to drop $50 to get this project rolling, i will provide the stock one for him to use as a template. This will not be like the dynatek one back in 2008 that was never put out, he will produce as long as we have willing participants.
